Investment Talent Program

The NBIM Investment Talent Programme (ITP) is a global four-year programme designed for a small group of highly talented university graduates. The programme will provide you with a comprehensive learning experience within investment management, ensuring that you have the best opportunities to excel in a highly competitive global investment environment. It is our aim that by the end of the programme you will become one of our high-potential specialists who we can count on to achieve our goals.

Programme overview:
- Investment Management Discovery, first year
- Investment Banking Experience, second year
- Analyst/Associate in NBIM, third year
- International MBA, fourth year

- University degree with exceptional academic records
- Strong interest in finance and investment management
- High degree of flexibility and mobility with an international mindset
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
