As Subsea engineer graduate you will be part of an inclusive and enthusiastic team that is responsible for delivering technical solutions in small and major field development projects throughout the massive portfolio of Aker BP projects. Subsea engineers are a key contributor to most of Aker BP field developments.

Typical work tasks can be: 

• Be a part of a project team responsible for delivering complete subsea systems ready for operation and production
• Participate in field development projects from start to end, including design, fabrication, installation and start-up
• Work closely with more senior engineers in defining solutions, follow of fabrication, testing and installation of subsea systems, amongst other tasks.
• Work closely with our key suppliers in developing solutions, controlling changes, improvements, quality and progress within the highest safety standards.

Qualifications:  

• You have recently graduated or will graduate in 2024 with a master’s degree within relevant engineering discipline, e.g. Mechanical, Process, Marine technology, Civil, Subsea, Automation, Mathematics, Data Science, etc. 
• You have maximum two years of relevant professional experience
• English and Norwegian language working proficiency
