The team has worked together since 1991 making it one of the most experienced private equity teams in Norway. The team has executed 68 investments and participated in 266 add-on acquisitions and divestitures in addition to executing 45 exits including 115 IPOs. Norvestor focuses on investment opportunities in growth companies, making platform investments principally in Norway and Sweden, with potential to achieve a leading Nordic or international position either through organic growth, through acquisitions or by expanding into new regions.

The team comprises 27 experienced professionals backed by a support staff of 4, based in Oslo and Stockholm. Our Stockholm office opened in 2016 and comprises 5 people.
