The ABB Training Program ABB Trainee Program is a two year program that provides comprehensive introduction and training in ABB’s various business areas. The Program promotes networking, and you will gain a solid foundation for a future technical or managerial career in an international company. The program offers "on-the-job training" in three different parts of the organization, where one of the periods may be subject to foreign countries. You influence your own career path within a wide range of business areas and jobs, to find the best suited position for you. Requirements: You are a newly graduated engineer within Industrial Economy and have a maximum of one year of professional experience. Your grades should be above average. We are particularly interested in people with language skills, who have studied or worked abroad for a period. It would be an advantage if you have combined your studies with other student activities. Flexibility and geographical mobility is essential. Education: College / University 4-6 years (Master level) Language: Norwegian (fluent) and English (fluent), we also value 3rd and 4th languages.
