The Program promotes networking, and you will gain a solid foundation for a future technical or managerial career in an international company. The program offers "on-the-job training" in four different parts of the organization, where one of the periods will be abroad. You influence your own career path within a wide range of business areas and jobs, to find the best-suited position for you. In recruiting trainees, ABB has a policy to prioritize students that write or have written their master dissertation or had a summer internship with us. Requirements: You are a newly graduated engineer (within e.g. Electronics, Cybernetics, Industrial Economy, Energy and Environment) with results above average. We are particularly interested in people with language skills and value candidates who has studied abroad. It would be an advantage if you have combined your studies with other student activities. Flexibility and geographical mobility is essential. Education: College / University 4-6 years (Master level) Language: Norwegian (fluent) and English (fluent), we also value 3^rd and 4^th languages.
