The position we offer

We are looking for an ambitious and customer oriented graduate to join the Private Banking Operations Support & Test team.
Our Nordic team is recognised as front runners and experts in usage of functionality and features of the Private Banking tools and testing of new versions.
Our main responsibility is support and testing of tools which are used by the Private Banking advisors in their daily work.
 
The Graduate candidate’s role will combine two main responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Private Banking advisors in their use of our Private Banking Portfolio Management Tools
  • To learn about, plan and coordinate various Test activities, coordinating test resources and also being part of creating and executing test cases in tool releases in a dynamic and rewarding Nordic setting
We are organised as a Nordic team, so there may be some travelling to different Nordic countries, however the position will primarily be based in Oslo, Norway.

The qualifications you need

You happily acquire and share knowledge and experience.
 
Requirements:
  • Solid communication skills, committed to support multiple stakeholders’ needs
  • Analytic, structured and good in planning and organising the way of work
  • A Master’s degree
  • A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
  • Excellent English language skills
Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test that assesses numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities.
In addition, we expect you to have personal ambition and to be a team player.
You are confident, driven and possess the mindset to develop and constantly improve your competencies and skills.
