The position we offer

As a Graduate you will be given a designated position within Corporate & Investment Banking, while being enrolled in the Nordea Graduate Programme at the same time.
You will be a member of customer teams and work in close cooperation and assist the relationship managers in various customer related activities, such as:
  • Financial analyses
  • Research
  • Sale of banking products
  • Relationship building

The qualifications you need

We have high expectations on our graduates. We are looking for responsible talents with an aim to pursue and drive their own personal development within the framework provided by the Nordea Graduate Programme.
Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree
  • A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
  • Excellent English language skills
Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test that assesses numerical, verbal, and inductive capabilities.
In addition, we expect you to have personal ambition and to be a team player.
You are confident, driven, and possess the mindset to constantly improve your competencies and skills.
