The position we offer
Operations serves Nordea’s Private and Corporate segments and supports great customer experiences through efficient processing of customer, accounts and loans products and processes. We support and advise customer units to secure high quality deliveries.
We’re committed to deliver on efficiency, simplification and scale in all our end-to-end processes and we look for continuous improvements in everything we do.
As a Graduate in Operations you will take an active part in the Operations change agenda by driving strategic change initiatives and projects together with the management teams. You will work in close cooperation with managers and units across the Operations organisation, the value chain and other stakeholders.
The role will have a high degree of variation and you need to be able to take initiative and independently structure and drive your own work.
The qualifications you need
We have high expectations on our graduates. We are looking for responsible talents with an aim to pursue and drive their own personal development within the framework provided by the Nordea Graduate Programme.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent English language skills
Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test that assesses numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities.
In addition, we expect you to have personal ambition and to be a team player.You are confident, driven and possess the mindset to develop and constantly improve your competencies and skills.
