The Strategic Analytics team is responsible for developing data and analytics as a competitive advantage for EnterCard, and to promote analytical decision making within the organization - focusing on Customer Acquisitions and Profitability, Customer life cycle analytics to maximize ROI, Digital Analytics and Operations Analytics. Together we solve diverse business problems and continuously improve the profitability and sustainability of EnterCard's business.

Now we're looking for an Analyst to join the team at our Oslo office.

The Position:

• Develop analytically driven Customer strategies to maximize returns on marketing investments while enhancing customer experience.
• Continuously identify ways to enhance existing customer strategies throughout the life cycle. Partner with key stakeholders to drive implementation of these enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to stakeholders that will highlight the value of analytics to their specific needs.
• Digging down and deconstructing a process, product or customer data to really understand what influences behaviors and what will improve a process or experience.

You:

• You are comfortable with speaking English to an audience
• You are eager to learn, this includes programming (SAS, SQL)
• You have a relevant Master degree education for the position (Economics, Business, Statistics ++)
• You have an analytical mindset and love working with numbers
• You have a creative mind and enjoy solving a problem
• You believe that sharing your expertise and knowledge with your colleagues strengthens the team
