Alva Industries AS is a spin-off from NTNU School of Entrepreneurship, developing electric composite motors with low weight, high efficiency, and high accuracy, combined with low production costs. Potential markets include the transport sector, UAVs, actuators, medical equipment, robotics, and optics. The company has raised 1.3 MNOK in funding and is currently patenting the technology. The team consists of two business developers, five master students and a full-time motor designer (Ph.D.). Alva is now looking for a new full-time CTO. Responsibilities: development of new production equipment to automate the manufacture of electric motors. We prefer a "lean" mindset.
