About the role
inzpire.me is on a mission to humanize advertising. By connecting brands with influential content creators on social media, we let advertisers everywhere work with local content experts. You’ll be part of a highly skilled Growth team and have a key role in driving creator acquisition and growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategy to scale the number of content creators on our platform. Meet our target recruiting goals.
Use growth hacking tactics and coordinate activities to build awareness (referral program, creator award, events, PR, etc.) around inzpire.me.
Build and maintain a sense of community among creators.
Seek opportunities to discover and discuss creators’ challenges and advocate for them by suggesting product improvements and educational content.
Handle day-to-day tasks, which include reaching out to creators, approving creators to our platform, providing support to creators, and resolving potential disputes.
Help out with tasks outside your role when required (start up life)
Requirements

You’re capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
You have excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Bonus qualifications
Written and spoken Norwegian or Swedish.
Former experience as a Community Manager.
