The role in a nutshell
You’ll be part of a highly skilled Growth team and report to the Content Manager. Our internship offers you a chance to think creatively, bring your ideas to life, and impact how brands and content creators collaborate.
We’re looking for an up-and-coming content producer who wants to gain real world experience working on media projects that support our growth and marketing objectives.In this role, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of video production and design activities.
This is a 3 month internship that can be full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities
You’ll assist the Content Manager to create high-quality, interactive supporting materials, such as educational videos, graphics, and animated content, for our knowledge center, webpages, and blog.
Learning objectives
You’ll learn what design processes and workflows are like at a startup.
You’ll build your creative portfolio.
You’ll gain a deep understanding of digital and influencer marketing
You’ll have experience working in a multicultural work environment, coordinating and communicating with an international team.

You have experience with video production, including lighting, audio recording, videography, and editing.
You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, and InDesign).
You have the ability to create compelling stories. You're able to create videos that will engage an audience.

You’re detail-oriented and organized.
You have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines, and collaborate with team members.
You have excellent written and verbal skills in English.
You have a valid working permit in Norway.
Bonus qualifications
You’re passionate about social media, content creators, and influencer marketing.
Written and spoken Norwegian or Swedish.
