We are now looking for a graduate to Nordea Life & Pension Norway, where you’ll be part of creating the future of insurance and banking. Nordea Life and Pension is a part of Wealth Management in Nordea with 202 employees in Oslo and Bergen. We serve approximately 21.600 companies and 700.000 private customers with savings, pensions or life insurance products, resulting in ~18 bnEUR in assets under management.

Nordea Graduate Programme is designed to kickstart your career and lasts for 2 years. You will take a deep dive into important value adding projects and assignments from day one. Job rotations in different areas of Nordea with clear learning objectives will support your growth. You will be connected to experienced colleagues and leaders of various backgrounds, who will provide guidance and support throughout the programme. As a graduate in Nordea Life and Pension you will hold a specific position in one of our development units that are responsible for modernizing the way we run our business, and you will take an active part in creating future solutions. According to your background and interest, we can offer exciting opportunities in the areas of Business Development, Project Management, Business Case Modelling or Change Management. You will be involved in the biggest change projects in our company, where you early on are expected to play a key part at the intersection between business and technology.

What you’ll be doing:
We will select your concrete assignments, based on the career path we together decide on. Examples of some of the tasks you will be responsible for and/or participate in could be:

  • Design and implement future business processes along our value chain, ensuring great customer experience and efficient, automated process handling
  • Take over Project Management tasks, coordinating activities and milestones of internal teams, consultants and software vendors
  • Draft and refine business cases, ensure financial reporting and budgeting for major change projects
  • Work with change management activities and communication to the organisation.

To be a qualified candidate for this Graduate position, you have:

  • A completed Master’s degree (latest by the 1st of Sept. 2022)
  • A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
  • Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
  • Fluent in Norwegian or one of the Scandinavian languages
  • Interest in technology and digital solutions

The position is based in Oslo.
