Nordea Graduate Programme is designed to kickstart your career. The programme is for 2 years and you’ll have rotations during that time with clear learning objectives to support your growth. You’ll be connected to several people, that will give you sparring, guidance and support throughout the whole programme. You’ll also be offered mentoring, to ensure your personal and professional growth.
 

You’ll enter a focused technology track, where you will be introduced to several technology units delivering towards the bank’s Business Areas and Group Functions.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Digital Sales & Service team. We’re responsible for engaging new and existing customers in digital channels to drive sales through the mobile bank app, Netbank and Nordea.no. Our ambition is to deliver great customer experiences by creating seamless and personalized journeys across channels.


As a Graduate in Digital Sales & Service, you’ll be exposed to various challenges within digital marketing, strategy and business development, project management and data science. We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in technology and innovation, preferably with a degree within marketing, economics/business administration or data/computational science. You’ll be part of a high-performing team of experts, and acquire valuable experiences from on-the-job training within your field of interests.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll rotate between different units where learning and growth define the strategically important tasks and projects you´ll be responsible for and/or participate in - examples could be:

  • Acting as project manager to plan, execute and follow-up on sales and service related activities across digital channels
  • Measuring, managing and analysing sales performance to maximize its effectiveness and optimize the return of investment
  • Analysing and identifying potential within our customer portfolio, incl. building business cases, data triggers or models
  • Supporting Head of Digital Sales & Service with strategically important initiatives and inquiries, both local and Nordic
  • Engaging and collaborating with business stakeholders across the bank to create the best customer experiences 
  • Actively contributing in sharing best practices across the Nordics

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate position, you must have:

  • A completed Master’s degree (latest by the 1st Sept. 2022)
  • A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
  • Excellent English language skills both written and spoken

The role is based in Oslo, and some travel within the Nordic region might occur.
