About this opportunity

Welcome to Personal Banking. Personal Banking (PeB) serves Nordea’s household customers. The business area includes advisory and service staff, channels and product units under a common strategy, operating model and governance across markets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the successful execution of our business strategy
  • Structure analysis or research drawing complex conclusions and present data in a digestible format
  • Analyse, design and implement new value propositions towards our customers using service design and design thinking
  • Drive change management and ensure close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop written material to anchor internal and external support for initiatives
  • Collaborating with our IT development organisation to ensure great customer experiences 

Strategy and business development for Personal Banking Norway/ Finland/Denmark (Commercial Hub Oslo, Helsinki and Copenhagen): In Commercial Hub, we are looking for graduates to join our unit working closely with the top management in Personal Banking Norway/ Finland/Denmark. Our key focus is to continuously develop and improve our strategies, value propositions, operations and digital solutions. The goal is to make lasting impact on customer satisfaction, growth and income. To work in the unit in NO, you would need fluent in skills in Norwegian, fluent skills in Finnish for the role in Finland and fluent skills in Danish for the role in Denmark.
 

Business and IT development for the Capability Area Product Management at Product & Development (Nordics): Welcome to the Capability Area Product Management. We provide the Personal Banking agile development organization with skilled and talented people. As a graduate in our organization you will play a valuable role in designing and implementing IT solutions that bring value to our Customers and to Nordea. We work with the full range of products and services for our private customers, such as mobile, consumer finance, mortgages and more. 
 

Banking Marcom Norway: We are a unit where we focus on customer and market communication across the three business areas, Personal Banking, Business Banking and Private Banking. We have a huge and important role on how our brand is seen and experienced towards our customers and potential customers. And we are focusing on being clear, warm and personal in all of our touch points with our customers. We produce as much content as we can, as we believe in internal production that enables us to move fast, as we want to be relevant in the daily life of our customers. We are still open for more creativity, engagement and impact in our activities to ensure we deliver on our BAs goals and KPIs.
 

Strategy and business development for the Finnish Personal Banking (Management Office FI): Management office has the full responsibility to support Personal Banking head and the management team in analysing, planning, decision making and steering our business. Position at Management office will give you a possibility to deep dive into e.g. Personal Banking business strategy, metrics and financials behind our performance together with PeB governance and decision making.

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate positions, you have:

  • Master’s degree (latest 1st Sept. 2022)
  • A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
  • Excellent English language skills
