• Master’s degree in finance or similar is preferable but not a pre-requisite
• Strong academic achievements
• Genuine interest in finance
• Outgoing, creative and commercially minded
• Confident presentation abilities
• Highly motivated, structured and with a considerable working capacity 
• A team player with the ability to also work independently when required
• Very proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Some level of relevant working experience is preferable but not a pre-requisite

The position will be based in Oslo, but entail extensive travelling to the US, Asia and throughout Europe.
