After the program you will have deep knowledge within Infor M3 CloudSuite. We offer you, personal development, mentorship, and the possibility to become one our most appreciated digital advisors. The program is international, and you will meet and get to know colleagues in other countries.
The program and how your days will look like:
The Graduate program will run for one year – but it will not end there. We will have a long-term plan for your continuous growth. After the program you will take on the role as Associate Business Consultant in local and global implementation and upgrade projects for Infor M3 CloudSuite.
The program will focus on:
The program is divided into three major blocks. One of them is practical knowledge within Infor M3 CloudSuite – divided between e-learning and “classroom sessions” lead by an educator. You will also learn “soft-skills” such as, consultancy, presentation techniques and project methodology. Everything you need to prepare you for your new role and career.
And finally - you will get hands-on experience in customer projects. You will shadow our experienced consultants in their assignments, attend meetings with customers, get practical guidance and a most valued mentorship.
