About this opportunity
 

Welcome to the Corporate Finance team. We offer advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) as well as initial public offerings and other equity capital markets (“ECM”) transactions. Our comprehensive deal experience and track-record coupled with the unmatched financial strength of the bank allows us to offer our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advise and financing. Our pan-Nordic setup currently consists of approximately 100 employees across our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo, with ca. 20 people based in Oslo.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Involvement in transaction execution and business origination
  • Company valuation and modelling
  • Financial and commercial analysis
  • Creation of marketing materials
  • Interaction with other Nordea teams and external stakeholders

 

You’ll join a strong and expanding team in a leading Nordic bank that has succesfully executed some of the largest M&A and ECM transactions in the Nordics as well as in Norway. The role is based in Oslo.

Your experience and background:  

  • Graduating with excellent credentials from a recognised university/business school in 2024.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English with excellent verbal and written communication
