Job ID: 22130

We are now looking for candidates to join our 20-weeks internships for the leading Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets franchise in the Nordics.

As a Nordic leader, the Nordea Leveraged Finance unit focuses exclusively on servicing the bank’s private equity clients in a broad set of financing situations, including leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalisations and refinancings. Our team consists of 40+ professionals across the Nordics which, in close collaboration with relevant units in investment banking, is responsible for pitching, structuring, executing and ultimately distributing debt instruments to support our clients’ financing needs. We are uniquely positioned as the leading Nordic Leveraged Finance team with a product-neutral approach and our capabilities span across the full spectrum of debt solutions including bank financings, distributed loans and high yield bonds.

The Nordea Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team is responsible for originating, structuring and executing primary bond transactions for Nordea’s corporate and institutional clients. Nordea DCM together with Debt Syndicate and Nordea’s unparalleled fixed income distribution platform, is the leading arranger of bond transactions in the Nordic region.
