About the position

As a Founder Associate, you will be a key employee shaping Vilje Bionics' future. Working closely with our CEO and COO, you will be essential in developing business strategies, driving market entry initiatives, financial management, organizational development, and laying the groundwork for our product’s international success. This position is designed for a driven individual eager to dive into various projects, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the CEO to refine and execute strategic business initiatives, driving growth and scalability.
• Develop market entry strategies, identifying and establishing sales channels across domestic and international markets.
• Financial management, including control and budgeting, in collaboration with the CEO and external accountants.
• Fundraising from domestic and international public institutions and investors to secure essential funding for innovation and growth in collaboration with the CEO and COO.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and stakeholder communications, crafting the narrative of Vilje Bionics.
• Collaborate with the COO in organizational development, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across all company activities.
• Drive strategic partnerships and support contract negotiations.

We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications and qualities:

• Higher education (BSc/MSc) in economics, business administration, innovation, marketing, or another relevant field.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, consulting, or a startup environment (Strong graduate candidates will also be considered)
• Analytical skills and the ability to identify and leverage business opportunities.
• Good business acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably in a Scandinavian language.
• Self-driven and proactive with the ability to handle complex projects and tasks.
• Passionate about improving lives and ambitious in leveraging big-scale societal impact.
