The Opportunity:
Teamship is a startup that up until now has focused on product development and successful product-market fit through pilot customers. We are now at a crossroad and seeking a motivated student or graduate that want to scale Teamship through sales, marketing and growth hacking. As co-founder and CEO you will have the autonomy to shape the company’s strategic direction, spearhead product innovation, and grow Teamship. The existing co-founders will remain on the board, providing strategic support and mentorship, but the day-to-day operations are for you to control.
Key Responsibilities:
To succeed as a co-founder and CEO at Teamship, we believe you are motivated by these key responsibilities:
Product Development: Lead the evolution of our platform, ensuring it continues to meet and exceed the needs of our users.
Domain motivation; Strong interest in and understanding of AI prompting in Open AI, along with a genuine passion for team dynamics and collaboration.
Sales and marketing: Identify and capitalize on marketing and growth opportunities, including partnerships, new markets, and revenue streams.
Team Building: Assemble and inspire a high-performing team that shares our vision and values.
Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts to secure the necessary capital to fuel our growth.
