Are you a bright student with good academic records, between your second and fourth year of study and eager to kickstart your professional journey at one of Scandinavia’s fastest-growing management consulting companies?

Then, Implement Consulting Group invites you to apply for our Future Female Consultant programme.

Joining the programme, you will meet brilliant students from NTNU, NHH and CBS as well as many of our cool consultants. You will participate in a 1.5-day event in January, receive two private mentoring sessions during the spring and reconnect with us and the other participants in Oslo in June. We guarantee professional and personal learning, new acquaintances, inspiration and lots of fun!

The January event will take place in Oslo, starting on 23 January in the morning and running until 24 January around lunch. On the first day, we will wrap up with an intimate dinner experience and good company.

With only ten spots available, we urge you to apply as soon as possible and no later than 15 October 2025.

• A better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses and how to use and move them around in a career as a management consultant

What does the programme look like?

• December: You will have a Whole Brain assessment conducted
• January: We kickstart with a 1.5-day event in our office in Oslo
• Spring: Two digital, private coaching sessions with an Implement consultant
• June: Networking event to reconnect with the group and meet more of our consultants

We end the programme with an interview to see if there is a final match between you and Implement going forward.
