We are now offering an internship to support the continued growth of our Oslo office - a young, fast-growing environment with ~20 employees. The internship will be full-time, located in Oslo, for a period of 5-11 months in the fall 2026, spring 2027 semester or both, depending on candidate availability and preference.
The intern will be a part of the Norwegian investment team. Tasks will include supporting the team in sourcing, analyzing, and executing investments and divestments as well as managing the existing portfolio and developing new business opportunities for Nrep. During the internship, you will participate in different phases of the investment lifecycle. This includes analyzing specific markets, investment opportunities and/or existing portfolios, and preparing materials for decision-making.
You will be guided and supported by senior colleagues. The internship will enhance your analysis, problem-solving, presentation, and collaboration skills, as well as give you an overview of the investment process as a part of a highly skilled, non-hierarchical team. These skills are valuable to anyone considering a career in sectors such as private equity, investment management, investment banking, management consulting, or real estate.

A successful candidate has completed 3-5 years of university-level studies (by the commencement of the internship), with a focus on business, finance, industrial engineering, law, investment management, or other relevant subject. Fluency in written and spoken English and Norwegian is required. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint and strong academic performance are appreciated.
