Our summer internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Norges Bank Investment Management – the largest and most transparent sovereign wealth fund in the world.
By joining our Summer Internship 2026, you are eligible to apply for our Graduate Programme.
What will you do?
From day one, you will dive into meaningful work and contribute to the biggest fund in the world.
During the internship you receive an introduction to the organisation, your own project within a specific department, either individually or in teams. A dedicated manager and buddy will support and guide you throughout your project. There are many development opportunities such as a lunchtime lecture series from top professionals, interaction with top management and access to the newest AI capabilities. Our summer internship lasts for eight weeks between June and August 2026, and it is based in Oslo. At the end of your internship, and if eligible, you will be invited to apply for the Graduate program for 2027.
We are looking for students from a wide range of academic disciplines who are AI savvy, curious, take charge of their own development, and are motivated by working in an international environment.

This position offers a competitive annual salary of 552 000 NOK.
