Summer Internship / Working Student – AI & Power Market Modeling

Volt Power Analytics is looking for a curious and ambitious student who wants to shape the future of the European power market. We are a fast-growing energy analytics company based in Arendal, building advanced models and tools to understand how weather, technology, and policy impact electricity prices.


What you’ll do

  • Use AI and machine learning to improve operational processes (automation, data pipelines, dashboards)

  • Work with cutting-edge power market models covering all of Europe

  • Develop prototypes that combine AI with fundamental energy models

  • Support the team with real-world data analysis, visualization, and reporting


What we’re looking for

  • Student in engineering, data science, computer science, economics, or related fields

  • Solid programming skills (Python preferred)

  • Interest in energy, markets, or sustainability

  • Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn fast
