As a Venture Scout at Antler, you’ll be our connection to NTNU’s vibrant community of builders, innovators, and entrepreneurs. You’ll help us spot and connect with talented founders, student startups, and exciting projects on campus. This role is great for someone who’s genuinely curious about startups, technology, and venture capital — and who enjoys meeting ambitious people and hearing their ideas.
You’ll work closely with Antler’s Oslo investment team, who will onboard and support you throughout the internship. While we’d love to have you join us in Oslo for at least a week, the onboarding setup is flexible.
Scout and identify high-potential founders and early-stage ventures at NTNU.
Join hackathons, demo days, and tech events to discover promising teams, ideas, and individuals.
Build relationships with students, professors, and innovation hubs across campus.
Provide the Antler team with insights and recommendations on great founders and teams.
Represent Antler as an ambassador on campus, helping build visibility and excitement around building a VC-backed startup.
A current NTNU student (ideally in your final or second to last year) with a strong interest in startups, tech, or innovation.
Curious, proactive, and entrepreneurial — you enjoy connecting people and ideas and can easily spot potential in others.
Well-connected across NTNU’s top student communities and societies.
A clear communicator with good analytical and relationship-building skills.
Deeply interested in technology trends — from AI, robotics, and climate tech to biotechnology and others shaping the future.
Must be fluent in English.
Some understanding of venture capital is a plus, but not required.
Hands-on experience in VC: Learn what makes great founders stand out and how investment decisions are made.
Pathway to a career at Antler: Top-performing scouts may be offered full-time roles after graduation — for example, in the investment or community operations teams.
Mentorship & access: Work directly with Antler’s Partners, Investment Managers, and portfolio founders in Oslo.
Global exposure: Connect with founders, advisors, and investors across our 30+ offices from Singapore to New York.
